Survivor Drinking Game: Ghost Island is the ninth season of Survivor Drinking Game. Rachel Smith defeated Erin Cullen and Alexandria Wald to become the Sole Survivor in a 6-3-3 vote. To date it has produced six returning players (Erin Cullen, Bridgett Greenberg, Dimi Saad, Brett Sebade, Molly Semes, and AJ Spile) for subsequent seasons.

• The first and only season to incorporate the Outcasts twist, in which the first 6 players voted out create a new tribe and compete in a challenge against the remaining two tribes in order to vote 2, 1 or no members back in the game, depending on how they place in the challenge. They won and were able to vote two members back into the game, Alexandria Wald and Bridgett Greenberg.

• Ryan Romania became the third person to make the merge on their first three outings.
